Cancellations must be made via email or by contacting our customer service team at least 7 days prior to the booking date.
Cancellations made within the notice period will be eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined below.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date.
-> Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
-> Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
-> Full Refund: For cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date
-> Partial Refund: For cancellations made 7 days before the booking date.
-> No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date or for no-shows.
Certain services or fees are non-refundable, including:
-> Booking fees or processing charges.
-> Special promotions or discounted packages.
-> Services already rendered before cancellation.
-> Booking modifications (e.g., change of date) may be allowed if requested 2 days in advance.
-> Any difference in pricing for the new booking date must be paid by the customer.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we may provide credit or rescheduling options at our discretion.
